boy!!!!!!!!! its been a long time since i opened this site......i do remember sayin that time ain't even crawlin in my case but now its jus the opposite...its flyin soo fast tat i'm findin it hard to keep up wit its pace....n i do miss my vetti day...those days of pleasure in being board..ah....hmmmm.....can only dream of those magical days..those days of wen u miss your mornin breakfast n get up only for your lunch...n at times even missin tat...beginni your day wit the evenin coffee....the one think i liked bout my vetti days is the countless hours tat i spent in bed......ofcourse sleepin( alone:D)......... i liked my sleep so much tat too the time from 7am to 9am.....so i enjoy that 2 hrs coz everybody around me is workin n i'm lyin in bed enjoyin my sleep.....plus i'v also heard ppl sayin that the dreams you get in the mornin come true.....so i guess tats another reason for me sleepin so long..... But now those sweet hrs off sleep r jus memories......now i'l hav to get up at at 7 am in the mornin if at all i wanna reach my office in time ,which by the way , is in such place where idea of takin the metro bus is outa question..so if i miss my company bus tats it i'm screwed for the day....n espically wit the climate tat chennai is havin...trust me you wud not feel the urge to get outa bed....

But i do enjoy my work coz its very much related to wat i studied....i thank god tat i'm not in such a office where il hav to sit in front of the comp n write some codin for the entire length of the day.......donno y but i jus didn't develop an interest in software though its said to be the highest paid industry right now...besides its not jus bout the pay i felt tat i won't get the all important job satisfaction if at all i was workin in software comp...

so there i'v started my bla bla again its like puttin a new pillayar suzhi...4m 2006 so lets c how long this goes...oh i will also post bout the liquor stuff....

Two drunks stumble out of a pub in Ireland at about 4:00 in themorning. They stagger to the nearest lamppost and lean against it when along comes a policeman. The first drunk pipes up, "Excuse me, ossifer, but I wonder could you tell me if the last bus toDublin has left yet." To which the policeman replies "Of course it has. It's4:00 in themorning." The second drunk then weighs in and says, "Sorry ,sir ,but I wonder if the last bus to Galway has left yet." The officer again replies "Ofcourse it has. It's 4:00 in the morning." The first drunk then starts up again and asks, " Couldyou tell me please, ossifer, has the last bus to Cork gone yet." The policeman is really irritated now so he shouts, "It's 4am , all the bloody buses have gone!" And with that the first drunk turns to his friend and says, "Ok, Mick, we can cross the road now."

People who drink hav always heard comments from their frnds(esp gal....no offence) n family sayin how drinkin affects your health , it becomes so steriotypic tat the moment they start on that topic u really get pissed off so it leads to a huge argument n in the end u feel bad for being so pissed off n they feel for being so harsh on you.......but now there is a better way of settelin this matter, tat to in a calm way ,coz the moment u say 'em this theory they jus can't react tat easily to it...coz its so true....n its soo gd...all u can see on their face is a confused look .....so here is a theory which gives you the ticket to drink n also reason out the coz for your drinkin .....n if ur think of those no gd reasons where in uyou say somethin like..." oh i need to relax tats y i drink..." or " i wanna forget something tat happened to me..." put a plug in ur thought.....here is the real deal......presenting the "BUFFALO THEORY..."

This theory is very easly to understand n also easy make other people understand the actual reason for your drinkin.....here goes......consider a herd of buffalos in a forest jus grazin ....now if a predator wants to attack or kiil a buffalo for its meal it wil usually go after the weakest n the slowest one of the entire herd....so once this slowest n weakest buffalo gets killed the herd don't lose ne more ,or simply to say ,the rest of the buffalos in the herd are fit n strong...so the predator can't catch'em.....similary wen you consume alcohol your barin cells get afftected n also your brain works only at the speed of the slowest celll in it, but here's the catch .....alcohol affects only the weakest n the slowest brain cell in the process the cell dies , so you are left wit the once which are strong n fast....simply to say alcohol helps you get smarter n work better.......;)...now tats something tat every one wants ,don't they?????......to live n be smarter......;)...so start thinkin people whether u wanna pile up some slow brain cells or drink in some good booz n make yourself smarter.........

There you go ,a better way of tellin your folks the reason for your drinkin habits......;) so let me jus finish by sayin....."DRINKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH" n "NOT DRINKING MAKES YOU REALLY DUMB"................u decide wats best for you...........;)

Tequila a gift from god..........:-?

Things for which Mexico is famous for......pizzas, tacoks( donno if i spelt it right), nice music, Mafia n last but never the least Tequilaaaaaaaaaa, this people is the mother of all alcoholic beverages..( or is it the father ..?????...wat ever), a couple of shots of these n u'l literally feel like ur flyin......coz this is one strong alcoholic bev...with the alcohol content varin from 46 to 50% where as in whisky its jus 42%.......now the major place tat produces tequila is mexico esp in the high lands......u might hav heard orient express, even howgards express( hp fans do pardon if i spelt it wrong...:D)......but ever heard of tequila express..????now tat is ur ride to the highlands which is the birth place of tequila..........u might get coffee, tea, cakes n chocolates on other trains n wat do u suppose they serve on the tequila express....?????? now do i actually hav e to say it??, is it not evident frome the name of the express???? ofcourse they serve tequila tat to for FREE.........so tat while u travel in the train u can enjoy the scenic beauty of the highland wit ur best companion......ur tequila of course........;)

The people in tequila town literally live on tequila .....i mean they actually do its in their food, their life , n of course it is the main source of income...the best time to visit tequila town wil be in the month of feb, coz it seems they hav a tequila carnival kinda.....so the whole town is lite up wit fire works n dancin goes till the vee hours of the night........

Now to the all important part ,makin tequila....... the basic ingredent of teqila is the blue agave plant which is grown on the mountains ...... there r huge plantations of the same...but the entire plant ain't important only the stem part which looks kinda similar to pineapple but jus imagine around 5 times bigger....now from the plantation the agave palnt is take to the place where tequila is made......the stem of the blue agave plant is first baked n then its shreded in to small pieces now during the shreding it gives a honey like juice this is the base for makin teqiula...this is called as OGUA MEAL ,now after we get this ogua meal the process is pretty much simple to the makin of other alcoholic stuff.....all u need to do is to add water to the ogua meal pluse of course the yeast to kick start the fermentation process.....n then u get a siler white liquid n this is called silver Tequila........besides the title wasn't jus made jus to look fancy ......but the legend in mexico says tat a huge lightining struck the agave plant literally fryin it on the spot n the people the nxt day noticed a honey like liquid whic was actually the ogua meal.....so it was decided tat tequila was a god given gift....nice na...;),

Tequila can b drunk in many ways but one famous way which i hap to hav tased is with salt an lime...i had it in goa....n was real gd....u'l hav to go bottom's up n then lick the salt in ur thumb ....n i guess the lemon is jus to prevent u from throwin out.....

There is also a threat tat the blue avage plant is nearing extinction so tat gives a idea of how much tequila is consumed n also how the population increasing guess its time we kick start the green revolution in to full throttle...not only for the oxygen n the ozone but also for TEQUILA...........;) so tat the forth comin generation can enjoy tequila with clean air ........;)

Now this the second part of my beer post which i guess is pretty evident from the titile( boy, i'm dumb) .Beer is one of the well accepted arreated drink very nxt to pepsi or coke or the different sort of pesticides( oops i ment soft drinks) avaiable in the present day market . so u ask ne person if at all he boozes the ans given by 97 %of people is " oh no i dont booz jus drink beer" wow people!!!, for god sake dosen't beer come under alcohol?????...... after al it has around 7% alcohol u know...............

There is one thing in common between the tis n its precusor n tat one common thing is the place where this type of beer is found its belgium of coures.........now the name of this is called lambic which apperently is a type of beer which is brewed my mother nature itself..........now any beer cannot be brewed without adding yeast which is the reason behind the fermentation process....n its the usual practice of the brewer to add the yeast ,sometime yeat may b even older than our grandads they use this techinique jus in order 2 get the smae taste but however in case of LAMBIC the addition of yeast by the brewer dosen't take place, but instead the entire ecosystem of tat perticuler area is filled wit different strains of yeast ........so al the brewer has to do is jus add barley to water n let nature do its magic.....(but actually speaking the traditional lambic beer is made from 2/3 barley malt n 1/3 of unmalted wheat so this gives it a very light body..........) n so the beer starts to ferment naturally ( like mother nature itself wanted this beer to be made.....) .Now wen it comes to the botteling of lambic its either bottled as plain lambic or as a mixture of new n old lambic which is called gueuze...... so ,this people is one the most weird ways in which beer is brewed..........

Now commin to the different combinations in which beer is drunk.....couple of weird once though.....but the funny part is beer goes good wit any other alcoholic stuff......may it be wine, vodka, whiskey ( but take it from me, its gonne taste ugly wit al those in ur beer.....oh but your frnds wil hav a good time watchin you blabber ...)
some of the weird ways in which beer is consumed are as follows.....

This one is called SUBMARINE ,the process is as follows.......

First u need to fill in a glass of beer (around 0.5 L) n then take a samller glass n fill it with vodka( around 100g), so wen you keep the glass containing vodak in the glass containing beer it'l stay on top, but now comes the tricky part....u'l hav to drink the vodka by using only your lips n not your hands without sinkin it into the beer........now tat is fun...........;)

The next one is called "BEER COMES BEER GOES" ........now this is pretty simple wen compared to the previous one......its done like this....first u'l hav to fill in a glass of beer then drink it in one gulp, no sippin wat so ever.......... now after you finish off with the beer u'l then hav to drink the same amount of vodka n after tat again beer n this goes on until you hav no beer left ......( but its a gaurantee that after this u wont hav a liver or intestine.....)

But watever may be said beer is the most accepted social drink in the whole wide world.......n it is n will change the way the world is lookin at alcohol......the change may be for the worst or best but its here to stay........quoted from nan's post, oh i ment the "change" part not the other stuff.........;)
